By engaging with DotBrand’s services or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services
DotBrand provides integrated creative and marketing services, including but not limited to:

- Advertising campaigns (digital, outdoor, and traditional media)

- Motion graphics and visual storytelling
- Creative consulting and campaign strategy
Our work is built to deliver measurable impact and long-term brand growth.
2. Client Responsibilities
2.1. Project Information
Clients are expected to:
- Provide clear, accurate project requirements and goals
- Share necessary brand assets, content, and access credentials in a timely manner
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
- Confirm legal rights to all materials provided
2.2 Communication & Approvals
- Assign a single point of contact for efficient communication
- Respond to queries and feedback requests promptly
- Understand that delays in approvals or inputs may impact delivery timelines
3. Our Commitments
3.1 Service Delivery
DotBrand commits to:
- Delivering work as per agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines
- Maintaining transparency and professionalism in all communications
- Respecting client confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive data
3.2 Revisions
- A set number of revisions is included, based on the project scope
- Additional revisions or out-of-scope requests may incur extra fees
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Client Content
- Clients retain ownership of all content, brand assets, and materials they supply.
4.2 Final Deliverables
- Ownership of final approved deliverables transfers upon full payment.
- DotBrand retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, awards, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 Third-Party Materials
- Any third-party assets (e.g., stock photos, fonts, plugins) may require separate licenses.
- DotBrand will inform clients of such requirements prior to implementation.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Invoicing
- Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements.
- Invoices are due within 15 days of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Delayed payments may result in paused work or additional fees.
5.2 Refunds
- Refunds are generally not provided once services are rendered.
- In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be considered depending on the project stage.
6. Timelines & Delays
6.1 Estimated Delivery
- Timelines are estimates and rely on client responsiveness.
- Changes in project scope or delayed approvals may extend delivery dates.
6.2 Paused Projects
- Projects delayed beyond 30 days without communication may be paused.
- A reactivation fee may apply for resuming work after prolonged inactivity.
7. Limitation of Liability
DotBrand is not liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages (e.g., loss of revenue, market performance)
- Business losses caused by campaign delays outside our control
- Technical disruptions caused by third-party platforms or tools
Our liability is capped at the total amount paid for services under the agreement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
- Payment is due for all work completed to date
- Source files or work-in-progress may be shared at DotBrand’s discretion
- Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
9. Confidentiality
DotBrand respects the confidentiality of all client information and expects the same in return. Clients agree not to disclose DotBrand’s processes, tools, or proprietary methods without written consent.
10. Changes to Terms
DotBrand may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the most recent version.
